Feel like your fitness progress has stalled? Perhaps a few half-hour sessions with a personal trainer will give you some different moves and some motivation to keep on keeping on! Learn exercises that will target your own personal problem areas. Use your personal training sessions to gain knowledge and break the boredom of your old routine.


We will talk before your session so that your time with a trainer is specifically geared to your issues, your body, your abilities, your goals. Sign up for a block of 10 sessions and we will do an initial weigh, measure, determination of body fat percentage and then we will periodically check your progress.
